The Yukon Historic Resources Fund (YHRF) was established to provide a source of funding for projects that promote the study and interpretation of Yukon’s historic resources and further the promotion, appreciation, preservation and development of Yukon’s heritage.- To promote appreciation; protection, preservation and orderly development; study and interpretation.
- To support the type of projects that include archaeology; palaeontology; community museums; First Nations Heritage or Cultural Centres; historic sites; First Nations language preservation; toponymy; historical research.
