Two sub-programs are devoted to pre-start-up and start-up businesses in downtown Montreal, offering non-refundable grants to entrepreneurs under the age of 35.
- Young Promoters - Start-up: The SDEVM (CLD) may grant from $6 000 up to $10 000 per entrepreneur and a maximum of $20 000 per project.
- Young Promoters - Training: The SDEVM (CLD) may grant $1000 per entrepreneur to pay for training to an entrepreneur who benefits from a Young Promoters grant.
