This program provides a matching grant program for trail development proposals that will be evaluated using tourism market-readiness criteria. Proposals that meet the ideals of establishing a strategically located, safe and sustainable GNB Designated Trail Network, and have the greatest potential to contribute to tourism based community economic development, are eligible.
- The general objectives of this program are to develop a GNB Designated Trail Network that supports economic development through linked destination touring routes.
