Improve your online presence to attract customers and close the sale. The Tourism Digital Assistance Program will help eligible tourism businesses increase their visibility online and provide the services customers expect, like online booking.

Tourism Digital Assistance Program

Enhance your business capacity by strengthening your online presence!

The Tourism Digital Assistance Program is designed to help eligible tourism businesses build capacity by improving their online visibility and providing essential services that meet customer expectations, such as online booking and seamless digital transactions.

In partnership with Digital Nova Scotia, Tourism Nova Scotia connects you with a qualified digital consultant to help you enhance or create effective digital marketing strategies and e-commerce tools that build business capacity, increase efficiency, and strengthen your online presence with travellers.

Participants in the program benefit from:

  • Consultant services valued up to $5,000

  • Website Design & Development (includes AI Powered Chatbot and Automations)
  • Social Media Planning
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO
  • Digital Marketing Planning
  • Photography and/or videography to fill content gaps
  • Copywriting
  • Data Analytics
  • Digital Branding & Design
  • E-commerce
  • Online Booking

 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Access expert support to build your tourism business’s digital capacity and improve your online presence with travellers. 

Complete the online application to share how you would like to improve your online presence. Digital Nova Scotia will match selected businesses with expert consultants specializing in the strategies you need.

TNS and DNS are dedicated to advancing equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility (EDIA) in Nova Scotia. We encourage and prioritize applications from equity-seeking businesses and organizations, as well as those that offer tourism activities that amplify and reflect equity-seeking communities, experiences and voices. For example, preference will be given to applications from Mi'kmaw and African Nova Scotian businesses and organizations.
