The Foundation receives and manages funds for the exclusive purpose of making gifts to qualified donees as defined by the Income Tax Act. Selected qualified doness demonstrate leadership i environmental stewardship and education, and promote biodiversity and the preservation of the environment through land and nature conservancies and environmental projects and groups.
We have a simple and pure mission: to be a catalyst in the protection of the environment and promotion of biodiversity. We support land and ocean conservation, scientific research on nature and the environment, education on the importance of a healthy environment, and public policy on ways to preserve and protect our environment.
