The Maytree Foundation is a private charitable foundation dedicated to reducing poverty and inequality and to building strong civic communities in Canada. Maytree's work is primarily focused on supporting alternative social policy perspectives and accelerating the settlement of refugees and immigrants in large urban centres. The Foundation accomplishes this by focusing on empowering individuals, funding innovative ideas, and supporting effective leaders and organizations.
