Teck Resources Community Investment

The places where we work are also where we live. That is why we are committed to helping build healthy, vibrant communities. Teck's Community Investment Program is a key pillar of our work in this area and our overall commitment to sustainability. Through the Teck Community Investment Program, we contribute annually to non-profit organizations, institutions and initiatives that strengthen communities in the regions within which we operate. Our community investment is provided as funding, in-kind contributions or employee time. Teck considers funding requests from registered charitable non-profit organizations, local and Indigenous communities, educational institutions and others across four focus areas: health, education, environment and community.

• Community Investment categories supported by Teck include: Health â € “programs and initiatives that improve the status of health in a community, including child and maternal health, access to health services and reductions in the prevalence of disease.
