To provide necessary technical and non-financial assistance to potential and existing health centers, including training and assistance to: (1) increase access to care; (2) achieve operational excellence; and (3) enhance health outcomes and health equity for individuals and communities (performance improvement and special initiatives).Population groups in medically underserved areas, medically underserved populations, and special populations such migratory and seasonal agricultural workers, people experiencing homelessness, and public housing residents.
