A society which, in the tax year, has an establishment in Québec and carries on a show production company can, under certain conditions, claim a tax credit for eligible labor expenses that it incurred regarding an eligible show.
- The rate of this tax credit is 28% if the corporation claims the tax credit for an eligibility period that began before March 27, 2015 and the application for an advance ruling or certificate for the first period of the show has been submitted to SODEC
