A corporation which has included in its income, during the taxation year, amounts from an environmental trust may, under certain conditions, claim a tax credit for its share of tax paid by the trust.

Description
A corporation which has included in its income, during the taxation year, amounts from an environmental trust may, under certain conditions, claim a tax credit for its share of tax paid by the trust.- The amount of this tax credit is equal to the share of the company in the tax paid by the trust less the deduction that the company requested in line 421b or 421c of its tax return.
