SCP is a national, privately-financed non-profit organization founded in 2001. They aim to connect the dots between the private and non-profit sectors by facilitating access to meaningful job opportunities for people who have faced barriers to employment, but are now motivated and ready to work. At the same time, they assist employers in gaining access to a pre-screened and qualified labour pool that meets their business needs, as well as their responsibility to their local communities.
