The program is looking for not-for-profit organizations that will work in the smart city domain to provide advisory services and bring people, communities, ideas and organizations together. A key role will be to generate and share knowledge and build broad awareness of important and complex emerging issues, including data ownership, data management, privacy and security.
- The Smart Cities Community Support Program is designed to run in parallel with the Smart Cities Challenge and seeks to amplify and sustain its impact and objectives across the country while bolstering a culture of change and continuous improvement.
