This program is for Métis individuals who have the skills and accreditation for a job but lack the experience required to secure meaningful employment. Employers who plan to hire Métis workers permanently may receive a subsidy of up to 50% of the wages (excepting MERC) for a period of six months or less, while they facilitate practical on-the-job training to RLI clients.
- Rupertsland Institute facilitates certified training to qualified Métis individuals and supports real world work experience to help them develop the practical skills required by industry.
