Quebec Without Borders (QSF) is an introductory program for international solidarity. QSF promotes concrete citizen engagement by enabling young Quebecers aged 18 to 35 to carry out international solidarity projects: in French-speaking Africa; in Latin America; in the West Indies; in Asia-Pacific and within a Quebec organization of international cooperation of Quebec, for the persons having already participated in a QSF project
- To help recruit participants; to provide pre-departure training
- To coordinate the project in the field in collaboration with a partner association of the host country
- To provide follow-up for participants returning to Quebec; to promote the organization of education activities for global citizenship and civic engagement
