The financial assistance available under Component 5 Reconstruction and Construction of Municipal Infrastructure (RECIM) is intended to enable municipalities to carry out projects for the construction, upgrading, rehabilitation / conversion or repair of municipal infrastructure in order to ensure the sustainability of services to citizens.
- This sub-component supports municipalities whose financial capacity is more limited in carrying out work aimed at answering important issues associated with the state of their basic municipal infrastructure, whether municipal or community-based .
