This strategic initiative brings together small and medium-sized firms, large enterprises and researchers around key structural projects to create a thriving innovation ecosystem in cybersecurity.
Are you a Quebec company looking to obtain cybersecurity certification, approval or accreditation for your products, solutions or processes?
Do you want to qualify as a supplier or meet security requirements specific to a business sector, network or supply chain?
The CERTIFICATION component of the PICQ supports you financially in achieving your objectives.
The Program is designed to foster innovation, as well as to forge partnerships and new supply chain relationships. Over the next three years, we expect that participants will deliver: 50 cybersecurity innovation projects; $8 million in R&D spending; 60 new products, services, processes, solutions, etc.; 35 research-industrial partnerships; 400 jobs.
WHY PICQ - CERTIFICATION?
- Qualify as a supplier of a sector of activity, a network or a supply chain, by meeting the cybersecurity requirements specific to these.
- Obtain certification, approval or accreditation for your product, solution or process. Some examples of eligible standards and certifications:
- Digital Identity and Access Management (NIST 863-3, Voila Verified , eIDAS, WebTrust, AATL)
- Protection of privacy, personal information and health information (GDPR, PIPEDA, provincial laws and laws specific to the health field)
- Information security (ISO 27001, ISO 27017 and IS0 27 018, ISO 27034, SOC 2 Types 1-2-3, OWASP, SOX, Cyber Sécuritaire, Cyberessential PLUS, CMMC, Cloud Security Alliance)
- Payment (PCI-DSS Alliance)
- Health (HiTrust, HIPAA, SafeBioPharma Alliance)
