The Prix du Québec medal creation competition determines what the medal will be for 5 years .
Artists who wish to participate in the competition must submit a model conforming to the model estimate . This model may or may not have been presented before this competition, but never have been selected for the design of the Prix du Québec medal.
The artist selected to create the Prix du Québec 2022-2026 medal receives $ 3,500 for the production of the first copy and $ 2,500 for each additional copy.
The models having obtained the 2 nd and 3 rd best marks are worth to their creator a sum of 1000 $.
The Ministry of Culture and Communications is launching the competition to create the Prix du Québec 2022-2026 medal.
