The various cooperation activities that Quebec maintains with certain regions of Europe, has led to agreements which favour industrial and technological partnerships between small and medium Quebec enterprises and foreign ones.
- Essentially, these programs serve industrial agreements to facilitate technology transfer and to make agreements and strategic partnerships (research projects, starting a joint venture, manufacturing under license, etc.).
