This program will support the creation, production or dissemination projects that promote links between the arts and the community.

It aims to stimulate artistic creation throughout the Mauricie region, to contribute to the development and recognition of artists and writers, to encourage them to stay in their region, and to encourage the emergence and the inclusion of digital technologies in artistic practice.
It also aims to support professional arts organizations in the development and promotion of arts and literature in and outside Canada.
