Description
The organic biomethanization and composting treatment program (PTMOBC) provides financial support to the municipal and private sectors for the installation of infrastructure to treat organic matter using these two processes.- Its main objective is to reduce the amount of organic matter destined for disposal in order to promote the environmental objectives set out in the Québec Residual Materials Management Policy.
- The program also reduces Quebec's GHG emissions in order to contribute to Quebec's climate change objectives.
