The Political Contributions Tax Credit for Corporations (PCTC) is a non-refundable tax credit. It replaced the tax deduction for political contributions for tax years ending after December 31, 2008. The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) administers the program on behalf of Ontario through the federal income tax system.
- Corporations who participated in the provincial political process by making a financial contribution to an Ontario candidate, constituency association, or political party may be able to claim a tax credit.
