Operating Assistance for Top Training Organizations in the Arts
The Operating Assistance Program is intended to support in organizations accomplishing their mission and implementing their action plans: whose activities fall within one of the focus areas under the responsibility of the Ministry; whose mission and action plan contribute significantly and sustainably to achieving the Department's objectives for the sector and the intervention territory covered; whose good management and efficiency help ensure the quality of services they offer to the public or their peers; who have established partnerships in their sector or on their territory, and which have the support of the community with which they work.

The Operating Assistance Program is intended to support in organizations accomplishing their mission and implementing their action plans: whose activities fall within one of the focus areas under the responsibility of the Ministry; whose mission and action plan contribute significantly and sustainably to achieving the Department's objectives for the sector and the intervention territory covered; whose good management and efficiency help ensure the quality of services they offer to the public or their peers; who have established partnerships in their sector or on their territory, and which have the support of the community with which they work.- Maintain the quality of training they offer: By ensuring the hiring of qualified faculty and practitioners; Perpetuating their ability to recruit students, especially foreign students; Maintaining the offer of activities: In the case of higher education schools in the arts, the professional integration of their students; In the case of higher education schools in arts and higher education art camps, the improvement of creators.
- Increase access to training facilities, preparatory or other, and the expertise or guidance they offer: By increasing the number of activities and supervision of the training services they offer in those institutions; By allowing a larger number of them to benefit from their guidance.
