This call for projects enables college and university graduates to gain work experience in the context of an applied research or research and development (R & D) project conducted in partnership with, among others, businesses, cooperatives or non-profit organizations partners.
- Facilitate access to a highly skilled workforce in research and innovation; stimulate job creation by integrating young graduates into the workplace; promote a transition from education to employment; contribute to the diversification of skills of recent graduates in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEGMA) as well as in areas associated with social innovation; support the creation and strengthening of collaborative networks, knowledge sharing and skills transfer among graduates, researchers, partners and research organizations; contribute to promote, develop and consolidate a culture of innovation by the next generation.
