Eight teams responded to the Request for Qualifications which closed on October 26, 2022. After evaluating the responses, three teams were invited to move forward to the Stage 2 Request for Proposals (RFP) stage. The original shortlist included Graham Construction, Wright Construction Western Inc. and Quorex Construction Services Ltd. Quorex has since withdrawn for commercial reasons, and Ledcor Group, the fourth-placed team, has been added to the shortlist and is now participating in the RFP. Three (3) teams are moving forward to the second stage of procurement for the new La Ronge Long-Term Care Centre. The three-story, two-wing facility will include up to 80 resident rooms, kitchen and living areas, tub rooms, family rooms, a traditional healing space, a serenity room, a commercial kitchen, and Home Care, including wound care, dental, and podiatry suites.
