The NERD (Neurotech Early Research & Development) program provides milestone-based non-dilutive funding to support product development. The program helps to de-risk investments in neurotechnologies by bridging the funding gap between research grants and private capital. Each project is assigned a product development team to advise, track, and evaluate progress throughout the project. Funds flow directly to contract research organizations (CROs) or service providers. All intellectual property remains with the company.
