- Strengthen the city's economic competitiveness by developing and consolidating its strategic sectors, by increasing the cooperation of its stakeholders and by seeking investment and specialized labor; support the improvement of citizens' living conditions and living conditions as well as the fight against poverty and social exclusion in metropolitan France, particularly through integrated urban revitalization approaches; contribute to the attractiveness and influence of the city at the Canadian and international levels by promoting its culture and its strategic sectors, and by carrying out major initiatives and events.
