The Foundation receives and maintains donations and disburses a portion thereof and/or the income to: a) any charitable organization or organizations or charitable foundation or foundations in Canada that are "registered charities", as defined by the Income Tax Act (Canada); and b) "qualified donees", as defined by the Income Tax Act (Canada), for use in their charitable activities.

Description
The Foundation receives and maintains donations and disburses a portion thereof and/or the income to: a) any charitable organization or organizations or charitable foundation or foundations in Canada that are "registered charities", as defined by the Income Tax Act (Canada); and b) "qualified donees", as defined by the Income Tax Act (Canada), for use in their charitable activities.- Eligible projects that further the goals of the Foundation include but are not limited to charitable activities in any of the following fields of interest: Arts and Culture, Education, Environment, Health and Welfare, Sports and Recreation
