PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The FASL, in the maritime Biodiversity Program of the St. Lawrence (PMB), promotes the conservation of ecosystems and maintenance of the St. Lawrence River uses and its gulf, by supporting projects @preservation / protection of enhancement / public access and restoration of the river, as well as @awareness and mobilization projects on the issues of the St. Lawrence River. The projects supported respect the approach @of consultation, conciliation and territorial anchoring, because they respond to priorities established in @recognized plans such as: @ - Plan of action and ecological rehabilitation (PARE) of the ZIP Committees; @- Integrated management plan for the St. Lawrence (PGIR) of the Regional Concertation Tables of the St. Lawrence (TCR);@- Green and blue plans from financial partners and / or municipalities;
- Plans recognized by conservation science (eg ZICO).
