The Maritime Affluents Program provides funding to organizations for carrying out projects stemming from water master plans drawn up by watershed organizations and contributing to the objectives of the Quebec Maritime Strategy .
It aims to support sustainable, structuring and multi-partner projects. It is part of the first five-year action plan of the Quebec Maritime Strategy that governs the 2015-2020 period.
