This program has three objectives: funding for the fishing fleet of Quebec; the reduction in the debt ratio of fishing enterprises; reducing the impact of a change of their gross income on the payment of contractual obligations, including the premium marine insurance (A), the callable capital (C) and the annual interest (I).
- The purpose of this program is to promote the development and maintenance of the activities of fishing enterprises as well as to preserve jobs related to the catching of fish products sector.
