The CSA's LEAP technology development AO aims to position Canadian technologies in the lunar mission supply chain by 2024. To do so, the CSA is looking to contribute to the development of technologies that have garnered interest in the field of lunar mission and to consequently increase the commercial potential of Canadian space companies for the lunar economy.
To support the development of technologies relevant to Canada; and to foster the continuing development of a critical mass of highly qualified people (HQP) in Canada.
