It can provide financial assistance for starting or expanding businesses, including social economy enterprises through various instruments: equity loan, loan guarantee, or another type of investment (excluding grants).

  • Allow any young entrepreneur to acquire a stake of at least 25% of the value of an existing business, located in the territory covered by the National Policy on Rurality.
  • Stimulate local entrepreneurship by providing access to capital to start and expand businesses in the traditional or social economies.
