(KCFI) contributes to the social and economic well being of the Kitikmeot Region and provide loans up to $150,000 for: Term loans; Guarantees/bid bonds; Startup funds; Inventory supply; Capital funds; Business counseling and technical assistance; Business planning and monitoring assistance.

• To create and/or maintain employment in the region by promoting and assisting new viable small businesses or helping existing businesses through a wide range of services from strategic planning and monitoring, technical and advisory services, business counseling and assistance by providing loans.
