The Foundation gives grants to organizations in and around Kimberley that support the arts, culture, sport, environment, health and education. Funds for the grants flow from the interest earned on our permanent endowments which are built with the donations, bequests and gifts from individuals and corporations in the community.
The KDCF is now calling for applications for $30,000 of Community Grant funding with a maximum amount for any one group of $5000. You can pick up an application at Kimberley City Hall starting October 18 or download it by clicking on either of the links below. In order to apply for these grants you must have a charitable number from Revenue Canada. If your community group does not have one, you could consider partnering with a group that does.
