The industrial agreements program (PAI) Québec-Catalonia is the result of a cooperative agreement jointly administered by the MEIE for Quebec and by the Catalan Agency for Competitiveness of Enterprises (ACCIÓ).
- The IAP aims to promote the negotiation and conclusion of industrial agreements, technology or services from small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Quebec and Catalonia.
