Holdun is an independent Multi-Family Office providing discretionary wealth management, tax and estate planning, asset protection, along with global reporting, analysis and reconciliation across all asset classes for individuals, families, private companies, foundations and endowment funds. Holdun’s investment focus is multinational and includes investment banking participation for interested clients as well as estate and tax planning, and related personal financial services.

• Holdun has been a traditional family office for 5 generations, and one of the first independent family offices in Canada. Historically, the company's sole function has been to centralize the management of our own family affairs, and put in place proper family governance and estate and succession plans. In short, the purpose of our family office has been to effectively transfer established wealth across generations.
• Over the years, as our well established and time tested management processes, along with our breadth, knowledge and expertise in managing the assets of an entire family solidified itself, we realized that we could provide individuals, families, private corporations, foundations and endowment funds with comprehensive financial services and confidentiality not available from larger, product driven financial institutions. As a result of this organic growth, Holdun has now become a multi-client family office, serving the unique needs of all our clients with the same professionalism and dedication as we have for our own family across multiple generations.
