The Heritage Grants Program has been developed to assist Manitobans in identifying, protecting and interpreting the province's human and natural heritage.
- HGP provides funding and planning assistance to non-profit community organizations for projects seeking to identify, protect or interpret Manitoba's human and natural heritage. There are seven categories: Collections Management, Conservation, Exhibitions, Programs (of a non-recurring nature), Cairns and Plaques, Research and Special Initiatives (innovative heritage projects that do not fall within any of the aforementioned categories).
