With this program, companies recognized by Emploi-Québec offer jobs to people who have significant disabilities or major difficulties in adapting to a standard working environment.
- Hiring people with disabilities who can't work in a standard environment requires additional expenses that companies cannot recover by selling their products and services. The overall contribution of Emploi-Québec allows these companies to provide jobs for people with disabilities and provide adaptation measures required by their disabilities.
- Support is provided directly to the company in the form of a wage subsidy.
