The primary objectives of the foundation are to: Provide monies to "qualified donees" for religious or educational purposes, or for the general benefit of the community; Provide monies to students who do not have the financial means themselves to enable them to attend university; To provide financial assistance and relief to indigents and needy victims of disaster.
- Eligible projects that further the goals of the Foundation include but are not limited to charitable activities in any of the following fields of interest: Arts and Culture, Education, Environment, Health and Welfare, and Sports and Recreation.
