Existing and certified private residences for seniors (PRS) have the obligation to comply with the regulations of the Régie du bâtiment du Québec for the installation of sprinkler systems in PRS. To support them financially, the Ministry of Health and Social Services has set up a financial assistance program.

  • Financially support existing PRS owners in the installation of the equipment required to comply with the new regulations.
