The program supports the operation of Ontario-based professional francophone non-profit theater companies to help them produce and present quality works and services to a wide range of audiences and participants in order to foster the vitality of the theater community.
- The program gives priority to programming aimed at: supporting the development of French-language professional theater companies in Ontario; support the creation, production and presentation of original French-language plays in Ontario; contribute to the development of audiences and new markets for francophone theatrical productions in Ontario; touching isolated communities (isolation can be geographic, but also linguistic, cultural or artistic).
