Financial assistance for studies or modernization projects aimed at reducing the cost of forest operations or increasing productivity.Presentation and objectives
The Forest Operations Modernization Program (PMOF) provides financial support for studies and projects to modernize forest operations.
This program will be in effect until March 31, 2025 or until funds are exhausted.
The objectives of the program are :
- to carry out feasibility studies on projects to modernize forest operations;
- set up lumberyards and modernize existing ones;
- to modernize the logistical means used during forestry operations.
