The Community Foundation of the Acadian Peninsula is the 5 th community foundation in the province to join the other established in Fredericton, Moncton, Saint John and Fundy. Indeed, the Community Foundation of the Acadian Peninsula inc. received its letters patent on November 29, 2001. Since then, two other community foundations have sprung up in New Brunswick: Sussex and Florenceville - Bristol.
- CANB was designed to help by providing financial support to promote the development of existing foundations and to create a new one in an area not yet served.
