• The First Affiliated Foundation offers a simplified and disciplined approach to channel initiatives and ensure that more funds reach the charities with a feedback loop of accountability. Families are encouraged to establish their own Family Endowment Fund within the First Affiliated Foundation. This allows for choice of which charities to support, minimizes administrative costs, enhances privacy and reduces direct solicitations.
• The Foundation operates as an endowment fund that enables clients to provide long-term support to their key charities through “forever funding”.
