The purpose of this program is to financially support school boards that provide vocational training and adult education services, as well as certain institutions of higher learning.- The adoption of good family-work-study reconciliation (CFTE) practices for the benefit of parents-students attending their school, through the development of internal policy.
- The success of parents-students by obtaining a diploma or qualification.
