Financial support program for family-work balance intended for workplaces | Stream 1 - Support for employer initiatives

This financial support program is aimed at employers who wish to adopt good family-work reconciliation (CFT) practices in order to improve the quality of life of workers with family responsibilities. This program aims to make CFT a collectively profitable practice in workplaces.

The program has two components:

• Component 1 - Support for employer initiatives: support employers in their approach to adopting CFT best practices within their organization.

 This program aims to make CFT a collectively profitable practice in workplaces.

Any project that is part of a process of recognizing best practices is admissible , whether it is:

• the Concilivi Seal of the Network for a Quebec Family;
• one of the certifications having an impact on the CFT of the Bureau de normalization du Québec (BNQ).

This process should include the following three steps:

• the analysis of the current situation of the organization in terms of CFT;
• the preparation of the response to CFT needs expressed by the employees and the employer;
• the evaluation of the measures implemented, their use, their effectiveness and the adjustments required, if necessary.
