ESSOR program - Support for transformative investment projects (SPRINT)

Description

Stimulate and accelerate investments to create and consolidate well-paid jobs in Quebec.

Help available for all projects: value of fixed assets or increase in payroll over three years; aid offered according to the jobs created and/or consolidated and the tax revenues resulting from the project; interest-free loan of up to 25% of eligible expenses; moratorium on capital during project implementation (maximum of three years); forgiveness determined on the basis of the number of jobs created and/or consolidated at a rate of $ 25,000 per job for a salary of $ 55,000 and up to $ 50,000 for a salary of $ 150,000 or more; aid adjusted to take account of payroll tax credits; forgiveness possible from the 5th year; loan term (unsecured portion): eight years.
