The grant aims to support projects or activities from organizations supporting entrepreneurship that have a national scope and that offers more specialized financial and technical help than LDCs to entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurship Assistance Program (PAEN) - component 1
- To promote: mentoring; female entrepreneurship; entrepreneurship within cultural and immigrant communities; entrepreneurs who do not meet the requirements of conventional funding networks; technological entrepreneurship; and business transfer.
- To support direct services to entrepreneurs; improve the public's perception of entrepreneurs; promote the creation, growth and maintenance of Québec businesses through specialized services; and support the implementation of entrepreneurial activities and services that respond to new challenges defined by studies or needs clearly formulated by groups of business people or help to adapt these activities and services.
