This will result in reduced operating costs and increased resale value. The proposed projects can involve building a new construction, expanding an existing building or carrying out a major renovation project. The program also covers part of the cost of the energy simulation for the new building. It is intended for current Gaz Métro customers or soon to be customers.

The proposed projects can involve building a new construction, expanding an existing building or carrying out a major renovation project. The program also covers part of the cost of the energy simulation for the new building. It is intended for current Gaz Métro customers or soon to be customers.- By constructing an energy efficient building, you will reduce your energy consumption and by extension, the related costs. Énergir will grant financial assistance of $1.50 per cubic metre of natural gas saved, up to a maximum of $275,000, for the construction of a new efficient building.
