This program encourages stakeholders facing human resources management issues to favor consultation in order to find lasting solutions.- Emploi-Québec partners with the stakeholders by providing consulting assistance and financial assistance to facilitate the search for solutions and their implementation on the one hand, and the establishment and operation of different consultation committees on the other hand.
